At The Scenery, we are committed to providing our esteemed customers with an exceptional shopping experience that will foster their loyalty to our brand. To achieve this, we firmly believe that our policies must be fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Information Collection Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your information remains confidential. The information we gather on our site or throughout our projects falls into two categories: (1) personal data you supply when you become a member, order, complete a survey or provide your email address, and (2) tracking information collected as you navigate through www.thescenery.net.

We collect personal data about you such as your full name (customer and recipient), billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, and credit card details.

Information will not be disclosed to a third party who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the services or products unless authorized to do so.

Delivery Policy
  1. We deliver to all United Arab Emirates, by our delivery partner. 

  2. Allow 3-5 days for your plants and pots order to arrive at your door.

Plant Styling Project Policy

Our Plant Styling Project Policy is designed to ensure that we deliver exceptional results every time.

  1. We require a minimum of three weeks' notice for commercial or residential projects. 

  2. Our clients can expect to receive a proposal containing all necessary details.

  3. We trust our clients to ensure site readiness and obtain necessary permits.

  4. We are confident in our ability to complete projects within 1-5 days, depending on their complexity.

Return and Refund Policy
  1. Due to the nature of our business, perishable and delicate plants, no refund policy shall be made.

  2. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to info@thescenery.net, including a picture of the original item, after this period it will not be accepted.

  3. For plant styling projects, any modifications made to the original delivered item by the client, will not be accepted by The Scenery, and the client will forfeit eligibility for any refund, return, or exchange.

  4. The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Plants

  • Pots

  • Gift Cards

  • Custom Made Orders

  • Landscape Design
